A range of services to help you through your journey
Action on Depression offers a range of services to help people affected by depression in Scotland.
Our Information Service offers phone and email support if you need to talk about how you're feeling. We also run community courses and self-help support groups in various parts of Scotland. If we're not in your area of Scotland or you prefer to get support on the Internet, we have online services including an online course based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with phone support and an online community for young adults.
New for 2012 is our new community over at HealthUnlocked where the tools help gather the knowledge and experience of people experiencing depression and to share it with a widerr audience. The information and sense of support can reduce the isolation and fear of people facing depression.
