How Active Are You?
Actigraphy Usability Evaluation
Help4Mood is a system to support the treatment of people with major depression in the community.
As part of Help4Mood, they will be monitoring how active people are.
They are looking for volunteers who would like to try out the equipment they propose to use for activity monitoring. They are particularly interested in feedback on the usability of the solutions they have developed - how easy is it to use and how could they improve it?
Volunteers should be
- recovered from depression (but can still be in treatment)
- live in or near Edinburgh (UK)
- and be willing to try out their equipment for a week.
They will be asked to test one of two sets of equipment, wristwatch and phone or waist-worn actigraph / key ring and phone. They will also ask you to keep a simple daily diary of your activities which they will keep confidential and use to interpret the results of the activity monitoring.
